How long does shipping take?

We usually deliver worldwide within 5-10 working days.

Remember, we don't produce your garment until you order.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email. Check your spam folder too!

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for international orders over 100€/$/£.

Below that we charge:

Germany: 4,90€

Europe: 8,90€.

Great Britain: 8,90€

USA/Canada: 4,90€

What payment methods are available?

We accept PayPal, Klarna, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Other payment methods can be seen in the checkout.

Can I order on account?

Yes, with Klarna you can use "purchase on account" - if Klarna accepts you.

How can I return something?

You have 14 days after receipt. Simply write to us via the chatbot or the contact form and we will find a solution.

Can I exchange items?

A direct exchange is currently not possible. Please return the item and place a new order.

When will I get my money back?

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund your money within 5 working days.

How do your sizes fit?

Our items are usually loose or oversized. Take a look at our size chart on the product page.

Will a sold out item be available again?

Some drops are limited - when they're gone, they're gone. Sign up for our newsletter to make sure you don't miss out.
