Each product is made in professional manufacturing facilities in the United States and Canada.
Every piece is checked before shipping to ensure consistency in knit, color, and finishing.
Orders ship from the warehouse closest to your location to reduce delivery time and handling.
Materials and construction are controlled for consistency across every batch.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive across North America and worldwide within 5-10 working days. Remember, we don't produce your garment until you order.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery in real time. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folders.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for international orders over 100€/$/£.
Germany: 4,90€, Europe: 8,90€., Great Britain: 8,90€, USA/Canada: 4,90€. You can see international shipping costs at checkout.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What payment methods are available?
We accept PayPal, Klarna, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Other payment methods can be seen in the checkout.
Can I order on account?
Yes, with Klarna you can use "purchase on account" - if Klarna accepts you. PayPal: Pay later
How can I return something?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue, contact us via the chatbot or contact form, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns or resolutions can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
