Where will my order be dispatched from?

We work with international textile manufacturing centres that process orders with facilities all over the world. Production locations are: Spain, Latvia, Poland, China and the USA.


My order should be here by now, but I still haven't received it. What should I do?

Before you contact us, please check the following:

(1) Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the shipping address.

(2) Ask at your local post office if the parcel is available.

(3) Check with your neighbours to see if the courier left the parcel with them.

If the delivery address was correct and the parcel was not delivered to the post office or your neighbour, please contact us at CHATBOT or support@maineymore.com with your order number.

If you have found an error in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.


How are the products created?

We work with international production partners with facilities in Spain, Poland, Latvia, and the USA. Depending on your location, your order will be processed and shipped from the most efficient facility to reduce delivery time and CO₂ emissions.


How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
