Shipping and delivery

Free worldwide shipping. We charge no shipping costs on any order, whether you are in Germany, Europe, the UK, or in the USA and Canada.

Delivery time. Each piece is only made once you order. Delivery therefore usually takes 7 to 12 business days from the order. Selected pieces ship directly from us and are usually on their way in 1 to 2 business days. You will find the exact information on the product page.

Where it is made. We work with production partners in Europe and the USA. Depending on your location, your order is made and shipped from the most efficient facility to keep delivery time and CO₂ emissions low.

Tracking. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link. You can also enter your tracking number in the Track field in the footer of every page. We ship with DHL, Hermes, DPD and UPS. A tracking number only becomes active after the carrier's first scan. That can take 24 to 48 hours after dispatch. If your number shows nothing yet, it has not been scanned yet. Nothing is wrong.

Multiple items. If you order several pieces, they may arrive in separate shipments because they are made in different places. You will not incur any extra cost for this.

Customs and fees. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT or fees of the destination country may apply.

Wrong address or delivery problem. Please check your delivery address before submitting. If your order has not arrived, first check the address in the shipping email, ask at your local post office and ask your neighbours. If that does not help, write to us at support@maineymore.com with your order number and we will find a solution.
