1.1 Scope

1.3 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation sent via email.

1.4 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in the respective indicated currency.

In accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (small business regulation), no VAT is charged and therefore not shown.

Billing is carried out depending on the customer’s location or shop settings in:

  • Euro (EUR)

  • US Dollar (USD)

  • British Pound (GBP)

  • Canadian Dollar (CAD)

The displayed currency is based on the user’s location or selected shop settings.

Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.

1.5 Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided.
Delivery times are specified in the shop.

1.6 Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g. PayPal, Klarna, credit card).

1.7 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

1.8 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise this right, it is sufficient to send a notification via email.

The buyer bears the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

1.9 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

1.10 Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

German law shall apply.
